2.1 We provide immigration and study abroad consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Job placement assistance
• IELTS coaching
• Air ticketing services

2.2 We act as consultants and facilitators. We do not guarantee visa approval, university admission, or job placement as these decisions are made by respective government authorities, educational institutions, and employers.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
• Disclose all relevant information that may affect their application
• Cooperate with our team throughout the process
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed in the service agreement
• Attend interviews and appointments as required

3.2 The Client acknowledges that providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection and legal consequences.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Our service fees are quoted separately for each service and must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

4.2 Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy:

• If we are unable to process your application due to our internal reasons, a partial refund may be provided
• Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable
• No refund will be provided if the application is rejected due to Client's fault or circumstances beyond our control

4.3 Additional costs such as government fees, courier charges, translation services, and third-party fees are the Client's responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We shall not be liable for:

• Visa application rejections by immigration authorities
• University admission rejections
• Job application rejections by employers
• Delays caused by government processing times
• Changes in immigration laws or policies
• Loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 We maintain strict confidentiality of all Client information and documents.

6.2 We may share Client information with:

• Government agencies and immigration authorities as required for application processing
• Educational institutions for admission applications
• Service providers who assist in delivering our services
• Legal authorities when required by law

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

8. Website Use

12. Amendments

13. Severability
